Lesson 2: There is traffic everywhere. EVERYWHERE.

It’s on Google, Facebook, Snapchat, Instagram, Newspapers, your local Churches/Mosques, TV, Radio,.

Traffic is not the problem at all.

Lesson 3: Focus on your offer. Create a Mafia offer. Without it, you will struggle for year.

Lesson 4: Ownership is the holy grail.

Until you own your own, you will have to beg or pay others to participate in their deal.

What can you own that will give you an advantage?

You own – products, list of prospects, platforms, tools/software, etc.

Long term, seek ownership.

Lesson 5: It takes generally the same amount of time to sell something that earns you =N=5,000 versus another that earns you =N=10,000.

If you value your time, you will sell what earns you more. Sure you may need to acquire more skills to sell it effectively, but yeah, do it.

You don’t talk to anybody until they know you’re somebody. Pre-suasion is way more important than persuasion.

Sell cure, not prevention. Sell futures; not features. Sell transformation, not information.

People don’t buy maybes, they want certainties. Figure out how you can sell certainty in an uncertain world.

We’ve been conditioned since childhood: “Don’t talk to strangers.” In sales, the amount of money you’ll make is in direct proportion to how many STRANGERS you talk to EVERY DAY.

CLOSING is ALL about POWER. Traditionally and logically, it’s the prospect who has the power. For closing to be easy and price to be irrelevant, the CLOSER must take ALL the POWER away from the BUYER.

The less you talk; the more you close.

When you say something, it means one thing. When your prospect says something it means everything.

No pain, no sale. The closing call should NOT be a pleasant experience for your prospect!

Buyers are liars. The problem the prospect brings you is NEVER the real problem.

Fuck around and find out.

You already know what to do. You already know you need something to sell. And you need someone to sell it to.

So imagine if you focused your efforts on JUST that. Instead of watching all these videos on how to do it.

They don’t know you. They don’t know your situation. You do.

Build something. Show it to people. If they buy it keep going. If not, pivot.

We read 100 business books to understand that the only way to make sure our business works is to fuck around in silence and find out.

There’s no “1 piece of advice” that’s going to “change everything”. The only thing that will change everything is fucking around and finding out.

“How would you recommend I…?” fuck around and find out

If business were easy everyone would do it. It’s not math. There’s no plug-and-play equation that works for everything. Sometimes geniuses just fail. Sometimes actual idiots win.

But if you keep trying you’ll eventually “get it”. You don’t know when. But you will.

Want to win at business?

1. Just accept it’s going to take months of uncertainty.

2. Stop asking questions.

3. And just fuck around in silence until you find out.

If you don’t have money this is the fastest way.

If you do, pay for access. Find someone who did what you want to do and pay for their time.

9) If there was ever a “shortcut” in business, it’s paying for access. Find someone who already did what you want to do. Then pay whatever they ask for an hour of their time.

10) “Work smart, not hard” is great advice for people who already make some money.

If you haven’t, chances are you have to shoot more shots in the general direction of your goals. Whether they hit or not, that’s actually the fastest way.

11) You don’t want to do business with the smartest guy you know. You want to do business with the most shameless guy you know. They’ll get someone to send you a check before your product is even ready. Pretty much exactly what you want.

12) Making money is a learnable skill. Not a random event. Every business you build after your one success is going to be dramatically easier for you.

13) Market crashes and inflation are not an issue to skilled entrepreneurs because their skillset is recession proof. It literally allows them to make money at will. It’s a good time to evaluate if yours can do the same.

15) Positioning is the easiest way to get what you want with the least amount of effort. You could be less competent and work less than your competition and still end up beating them if your positioning is right.
